Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Email contact@ikik.in with your order number; the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Returns — unopened tins
Sealed, unused tins in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Raise a request at contact@ikik.in. Reverse pick-up is arranged via Shiprocket. Refund is issued within 7 working days of the tin reaching our studio and passing QC.
Opened tins
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used tins are not eligible for return.
Damaged or wrong product
If your tin arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it free of charge or refund in full — your choice.

- UPI: 1–3 working days
- Cards: 5–7 working days
- Net banking / wallets: 5–7 working days

- Gift cards and discovery sets that have been opened
- Custom & corporate orders
- Shipping fees on returns initiated due to change of mind
