1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian, to place an order.
2. Products
IKIK sells alcohol-free solid perfume and related accessories. Colour, finish and scent may vary slightly between batches because every tin is hand-pressed. Patch-test before use; discontinue if irritation occurs.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. An order is confirmed only once payment is captured by Razorpay and an order ID is emailed.
4. Payments
All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. See Payments.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, logos, accord names — is the property of IKIK Pvt Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: probe the site for vulnerabilities; attempt to access another user's account or data; scrape, mirror or reverse-engineer the site; or use the site for unlawful purposes. Violations may be reported to law enforcement.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Notify contact@ikik.in immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKIK's total liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
